No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build visitor profiles and do not sell or share visitor information.
What your browser keeps
A few things are remembered in your browser's local storage so you don't have to redo them: your language choice (English or Spanish), and on the catalog your grid/list view, the items in your quote list, the contact details you typed into the quote form, and the access code you entered. All of it stays on your device; none of it is sent to us by being stored. Clearing your browser data, or using the catalog's own clear and sign-out controls, removes it.
Hosting and page loading
The site is served by Netlify over HTTPS. Like any web host, Netlify processes the technical data a browser sends to load a page (IP address, requested URL, browser type) to deliver it. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the homepage loads a 3D library from the jsDelivr CDN; those providers receive your IP address when the file is requested, under their own privacy practices.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, the name, e-mail, phone and message you enter are handled by Netlify Forms and e-mailed to us at info@felsindustries.com. We use them to answer you and keep them as long as needed for that purpose and any legal obligation.
Catalog quote requests
When you send a quote request from the catalog, the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, the items you chose) go to FELS's own order system so we can prepare your quote. The WhatsApp option opens WhatsApp on your device with the request pre-written; nothing is sent until you choose to send it there, and WhatsApp handles that message under its own practices.
Catalog prices
Customer price lists are published in encrypted form and are unlocked only in your browser with the access code we gave you. Entering the code decrypts the prices on your device; the code is not transmitted to us.
E-mail and phone
If you write or call us, we and our e-mail provider receive what you send. We use it to respond and keep support and business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete that information at info@felsindustries.com, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. The RAWVue app is covered by its own privacy policy.
